After completing his Master’s at Punjab Agricultural University, India’s top agricultural university, he secured his first role in Canada through a campus placement program. That opportunity opened a door, not just to a career, but to an understanding: recruitment has the power to change lives and help companies thrive.
But while a job gave him a beginning, immigration tested him deeply. Alone in a new country, with no professional to guide him, Anuj took on every form, every rule, every sleepless night of uncertainty by himself. He still remembers spreading papers across his small basement, double checking every detail, knowing one mistake could cost him everything. It was overwhelming, yet it forged in him a rare strength: the lived understanding of what it means to fight for both opportunity and belonging.

Through recruitment, Anuj has been helping businesses of all sizes solve their labour shortages across construction, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. Amanpreet Singh
Vice President
Amanpreet’s story is one of determination, growth, and balance, reflecting the very mission of Can X. As Vice President, he plays a pivotal role in helping Canadian businesses address labour shortages through recruitment while also guiding individuals on their immigration journeys. His strength lies in understanding both sides of the process: what companies need to thrive and what people need to succeed.
Originally from India, Amanpreet completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After moving to Canada, he pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business from Douglas College. While still a student, he began his career with Can X as a Sales Executive. His dedication, results, and client-focused approach quickly set him apart, leading to promotions first as Manager, then Sales Director and later as Vice President. His own professional journey mirrors the opportunities he now creates for others.
Recruitment has been at the heart of Amanpreet’s career. He has worked with leading Canadian brands such as Dairy Queen, Tim Hortons, Subway, McDonald’s, Fresh Slice Pizza, Freshii, Husky, Canco, Jugo Juice, Petro Canada, Mr. Lube, Panago, Guardtek, Shoppers Drug Mart, Super Save Gas, Browns Social House, DeDutch, and Freedom Mobile. Operations Director

In her current role as Director of Operations, Anmol oversees and optimizes operations across both Canada and overseas. Project Manager
Manpreet plays a pivotal role in strengthening the operational framework of Can X. Manpreet is a graduate of Punjab Agricultural University widely regarded as India’s top institution in agricultural sciences. She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science. Before joining Can X, she advanced her career in academia and research as a Senior Research Fellow in research and development projects and later as an Assistant Professor. These experiences gave her a strong analytical foundation and a capacity for innovative, evidence-based solutions.
As Project Manager, she combines strategic execution with people leadership, guiding her team with openness, collaboration, and accountability. Her approach fosters continuous improvement, strengthens internal performance, and enhances the client experience at every stage.

Kirandip Bansi
Sr. Operations Manager
Born in the Philippines, Kiran brings a wealth of international experience and perspective to her role as Sr. Operations Manager at Can X Immigration. She holds two bachelor’s degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Philippines and a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Acsenda School of Management in Vancouver, Canada. Her diverse academic foundation combines entrepreneurial insight with service-oriented expertise, equipping her with the skills to manage both people and processes with precision.
Before joining Can X, Kiran gained valuable professional experience in the food service sector, where she held a managerial role. This position sharpened her leadership abilities, strengthened her operational oversight, and taught her the importance of efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. These skills now directly support her success at Can X.
Kiran’s journey with Can X began when she joined as an Operations Coordinator. Rinkle joined Can X as a Client Support Representative, and through exceptional dedication, a strong work ethic, and a natural instinct for leadership, she steadily grew into her current role as Office Manager. In her current role, Rinkle leads Can X's Temporary Resident Visa, Visitor Visa, Super Visa, and Citizenship services, some of the firm's most complex and high-demand offerings. She oversees end-to-end office operations, supervises and mentors a dynamic team, reviews client files for accuracy and quality, and contributes to research and development initiatives aimed at strengthening processes and improving operational outcomes. Her leadership is defined by clarity, empathy, and decisiveness, creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and consistently motivated to deliver their best.
Rinkle holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Commerce, bringing a strong academic foundation to her practical expertise. After five successful years as a professor in academia, she transitioned into digital marketing, completing postgraduate studies in Canada and earning a place on the Dean’s List for her academic distinction.

In this capacity, Supriya leads Can X's Spousal Sponsorship department, overseeing operational processes and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service delivery at every stage. Her responsibilities span workflow management, direct client file handling, application review for accuracy and quality, team training and support, and contributing to research and development initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement. She brings a structured and practical approach to everything she does, managing complex responsibilities with calm and consistency while upholding the high standards Can X is known for.
Supriya holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation from St. Aloysius College. Before joining Can X, she worked as an Accounting Assistant in the automobile sector, where she built a strong foundation in data handling, reconciliation, and reporting, skills that continue to sharpen her detail-oriented and organized work style. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and known for her clear communication, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.

Manpreet first joined us in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. Even in the early days, it was immediately clear that she was different. She carried herself with maturity, accountability, and a level of sincerity that naturally earned the trust of clients and team members alike. She had an incredible ability to stay calm under pressure, organize complex workflows, and make people feel heard and supported during stressful moments. Some people perform tasks. In 2023, she accepted an opportunity with Kwantlen Polytechnic University as an International Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator. Over the next two and a half years, she played an important role in guiding prospective international students through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. Through that experience, she developed a profound understanding of international mobility, admissions systems, documentation processes, and the emotional realities individuals face when building a future in a new country. More importantly, she became someone students could genuinely rely on, not just for answers, but for reassurance and guidance during uncertain times.
Now based in New Zealand and serving as Sr. Operations Manager at Can X, she brings back not only valuable institutional experience, but also a stronger, more refined version of herself. She plays a critical role in overseeing operational systems, maintaining quality control, supporting team members, and ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely, and compassionate service. She understands that behind every file is a real family, a real dream, and often years of sacrifice. That understanding shapes how she leads.
