Anuj Sengar (AJ)
Surrey, BC, Canada
Anuj Sengar founded Can X after navigating Canada's immigration system entirely on his own — no consultant, no guide, no margin for error. He had arrived through a campus placement program after completing his Master's at Punjab Agricultural University in India, and what followed was months of paperwork spread across a basement apartment, every form checked twice, every detail carrying the weight of everything he had worked toward.
That experience gave him something no classroom can teach: the exact understanding of what is at stake when a person trusts a professional with the most important application of their life. It also made clear what kind of firm he was going to build — one defined not by volume, but by the quality of its outcomes and the standard of care behind every file.
Licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in February 2016 and a registered member of CAPIC, Anuj has since built Can X into a firm that has served more than 10,000 clients across 30+ countries. He works with individuals navigating complex immigration pathways and with businesses of every size — from independent contractors to nationally recognized brands — solving critical labour shortages across construction, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. His approach does not change with the size of the client: thorough preparation, clear communication, and an outcome worth the trust placed in him.
Redefining how Permanent Residency applications are prepared
In 2025, Anuj completed the Generative AI for Business program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management — not as a credential exercise, but as a deliberate decision by a leader who saw where the industry needed to go.
That investment is already at work inside Can X: intelligent document review, automated eligibility assessment, real-time case tracking, and streamlined client communication — without trading away the professional judgment that only a licensed RCIC can provide.
